Caroline Dupont Zayani
Certified Animal Osteopath

Animals have always held a central place in my life.
A lifelong horse rider, passionate about nature and interspecies relationships, I long dreamed of turning this passion into a profession.

After an initial career in science and industry, I finally chose to follow my heart: retraining to support animals’ well-being through a gentle, respectful, and holistic approach.

A rigorous education, a true vocation

Before becoming an animal osteopath, I earned a degree in biological engineering and spent over 10 years working in various sectors (bioengineering, marketing, finance). This experience gave me scientific rigor and strong analytical skills—two valuable assets in my current practice.

I then joined the École Supérieure d’Ostéopathie Animale d’Annecy (ESOAA), a 5-year program recognized by the French government (Registered on the National Aptitude Register – RNA).
Thanks to hands-on, field-oriented training, I developed advanced skills in:

  • Animal biomechanics and physiology

  • Basic veterinary medicine

  • Functional anatomy

  • Palpation and manual therapy

I worked with many species (horses, dogs, cows…), with a particular interest in equines and companion animals.
Always curious and committed, I was among the top students in my class.

A respectful & compassionate approach

I strongly believe in an osteopathy that is:

  • Ethical: free of force or pain

  • Gentle: respecting the animal’s pace and comfort

  • Holistic: considering the animal within its environment, history, and deeper needs

Each session is a meeting—a subtle dialogue between my hands and your companion’s body.

A practice enriched by ongoing training

I regularly enhance my skills through specialized training courses to refine my techniques:

  • Animal K-taping

  • Trigger points & fascia techniques

  • Saddle fitting

  • Advanced manual techniques (structural, visceral, cranial…)

My approach is both holistic and personalized: each animal is unique and deserves custom-tailored attention.

A unique international experience

I had the opportunity to work for three years in the United Arab Emirates, supporting animals in highly diverse and demanding contexts:

  • Leisure horses, international sport horses, racehorses, and endurance horses

  • Dogs and cats of all breeds

  • Racing camels!

This intense immersion allowed me to broaden my expertise, refine my sensitivity, and adapt to a wide variety of care practices.

Now based between Geneva and Lausanne

Back in Switzerland, I offer consultations at home or at my stables, primarily in the Rolle region, on the Vaudois coast, and in all the municipalities between Geneva and Lausanne: Nyon, Gland, Morges, Rolle, and Aubonne.

My goal: to deliver high-quality care based on attentive listening, careful observation, and a relationship of trust—to support your animals' physical and emotional balance.
